THC is the primary cannabinoid responsible for the psychoactive effects associated with cannabis. The amount of THC in a product can vary widely based on the method of consumption and the strain at the source of that product. The high that is produced is often enhanced by the “entourage effect” which is a combination of multiple cannabinoids in conjunction with various terpenes and individual body chemistry.
Concentrated cannabis products come in a wide variety of consistencies, compositions, and potencies. Cannabinoids are isolated and removed from plant material via extraction, agitation, compression, or other methods to create generally a very potent product. Concentrates have an immediate activation time and are generally used by experienced consumers.
Growth Industries was founded in 2006 in Humboldt, California. Their cultivation directors have a combined 40 years experience in the farming and cannabis cultivation industry. They also have compiled several medically accredited professionals to the organization to aid in research and compile all FDA compliance aspects of their operations. After years of handling and standardizing the craft, Growth industries has become focused on creating and branding products that will take consumers away from the once stigmatized perception of the cannabis plant, to an alternative, wellness and recreational natural choice. Their main goal is to cultivate world class genetics, implement organic growth methodologies, all while maintaining controlled environments to achieve consistency in producing consumable cannabis products.
